What is RecordEASE?
RecordEASE is the land record management application that provides electronic submission, storage, and retrieval capability for land documents.
RecordEASE will be used by the Recorder staff for:
- Data Input for Document recording, fee assessment, and document indexing
- Data Search and Retrieval for document information, fee information
- Image retrieval and viewing
- Reporting of recording and financial activities
- Auditing of recording and financial activities
- Receipt and recording of electronically submitted documents
- Integration with other service-oriented applications within the organization
- Authorized User Access ID's for Security purposes.
Features & Benefits
West Central Indexing (WCI) Sales and Support team are involved in defining the customer solution. An individualized custom approach is taken to the implementation process based on the customer's needs and expectations.
Key objectives:
- Ensure staff is properly trained on the application software
- Complete the implementation thoroughly, on-time and within budget
In addition to normal business hours phone support WCI provides an internet call management system for on-line support via customer email.
On-going software enhancements are included as part of the annual support contract. These enhancements are a result of regulatory changes, customer input and on-going analysis of the software applications. This protects our clients from software obsolescence and maximizes their software investment.
