RecordEASE Indexing
The RecordEASE Indexing module provides the ability to index manual tract cards for easy reference with an on-line Tract Card view. The RecordEASE Indexing module provides the ability to maintain a complete history including, but not limited to, plat drawings, historical Tract Cards and all subsequent indexed document records. RecordEASE has a single indexing solution for both Abstract and Torrens documents. Indexing provides information about the document that is useful for searching including the property legal description, grantor and grantee names, document type and dates, and other pertinent descriptions about the document or property. Document images can be captured utilizing your current imaging system or our integrated solution. These documents can be easily attached and indexed manually or with the automated use of rules based logic utilizing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) dramatically reducing the number of manual keystrokes.
