RecordEASE Electronic Document Receiving (EDR)
The RecordEASE EDR module streamlines the real estate document process. Documents are able to be received electronically reducing the need for manual intervention.
The EDR module accepts documents formatted to meet Minnesota State Specific Electronic Document requirements, as well as any state or county's PRIA electronic document formats.
Manual intervention can be defined into the processing to assure human contact with every document or allow the application to automatically process the documents based on common document processing business rules and then make the documents available to the submitter for retrieval.
There are a number of tasks that are built into the system to aid processing and shorten the time from reception to receipt. These electronic documents can then be easily and seamlessly indexed in RecordEASE Indexing module.
