RecordEASE provides document search capability through the Search window. Access to Land Records for both Abstract and Torrens can be easily achieved by combining a variety of search fields. A global search can be accomplished; or narrow your search by combining two or more of the search criteria, such as grantor/grantee, recorded date, document or certificate number, or Tax ID/PID.
In addition to searching for indexed records, RecordEASE includes a Work Queue,
a workflow view used to track the progress of packages being received. The Queue
list can be limited to or expanded to include packages at a particular process stage.
